CELLvo™ Human Chondrocytes (<40y) are mature, primary cells sourced from young individuals. They may be selected as uncultured (P0), or isolated and expanded on CELLvo™ Matrix.
CELLvo™ Healthy Human Chondrocytes (50-70y) are primary cells, sourced from healthy individuals 50 to 70-years old and verified free of osteoarthritis. Cells are supplied as uncultured (P0).
CELLvo™ Osteoarthritic Human Chondrocytes (50-70y) are primary cells, sourced from osteoarthritic individuals 50 to 70-years old. Cells are supplied as uncultured (P0).
CELLvo™ Matrix is an Extracellular Matrix providing unique support for chondrocyte expansion. When grown on this matrix, CELLvo™ Human Chondrocytes attach and proliferate more rapidly, and exhibit similar morphology to in vivo chondrocytes. CELLvo™ Matrix is composed of more than 150 proteins that were secreted and assembled by bone marrow cells. The final product is deposited on the surface of a culture vessel. Cells are then gently extracted leaving a a native three-dimensional microenvironment providing for rapid and reliable expansion of cells.
