BSGH - Model AS-630 -Hydraulic Alligator Shear Machine

This machine consists of a mechanical system(the part of main machine), electrical system, hydraulic system and so on, and they are connected by hydraulic pipelines and electric circuits to be a machine and completes various of functions.

1. Main body consists of frames, blade bracket and hydraulic cylinders and related accessories, etc.

2. Electrical System: It consists mainly of motor control circuit and circuit of motion sequence.

3. Hydraulic System: It's composed mainly by pump houses, valve houses, cylinders and pipelines.

1.When turning on the power and starting the motor, the reversing valve will maintains in the original point, and the oil pump works with empty-load.

2.After the shear button is pressed, the high pressure oil goes into shear cylinder and rear chamber of pressure cylinder according to reversing valve which is fixed by system, then accel erate the movements of piston, the shear and pressure motions will be completed by Blade rest and pressure plates which are driven by shear and pressure cylinders.

3.After the backhaul button is pressed, the pressure oil goes into the front chamber of cylinder, then both of the shearer and pressure cylinder will be return to finish the action of shearing and return and loose press.
