1.Use

Apply to cold-shear various form section steel (round steel, square bar, beam channel, angle iron, steel plate) and various
scrap metal structures (the bicycle ). Make scrap metal convenient for storing and transporting, and also provide a suitable
furnace for the smelting factory.

2. Characteristics:

• Adopt hydraulic drive. Compared with mechanical drive shear, it has small inertia, low noise, stable action, agile operation, and a big section of cutting.
  
  
• Adopt the hydraulic and electric integration to control. It can realize changes of single and continual working,
  and start or stop at the arbitrary working location. It also can realize overload protection easily.
  
  
• Apply to metal-reclaim companies, smelting and foundry plants, and the machinery industry.
  
  
  

This machine consists of mechanical system(the part of the main machine), electrical system, hydraulic system and so on,
and they are connected by hydraulic pipelines and electric circuits to be a machine and complete various of functions.

1. Main body consists of frames, blade brackets, hydraulic cylinders, and related accessories, etc.

2. Electrical System: It consists mainly of the motor control circuit and circuit of the motion sequence.

3. Hydraulic System: It's composed mainly of pump houses, valve houses, cylinders and pipelines.
