Structure and working principle:The filter press contains the filter part which is composed filter plates and filter clothes and the frame which press the filter part tightly.Hydraulic pump station, electrical and electrical control box were installed in the hydraulic cylinder support and oil-tank body, so that it makes mechanical, electrical and hydraulic integrate.When the machine have been installed and debug, it can put into use just need to connecting the power. Its advantages have beautiful shape, compact structure and occupying small space. This series of filter press are security and reliable in the transport, installation, use, etc.
The following diagram is the Structure of filter press. In the diagram, 2 represent the fixed head plate, 6 represent the mobile tail plate. Between these two end-plate there are filter frame 4、 filter cloth 5 and filter plates 3 arranged in order. All filter plates are placed on the beams 8 by their two handles which are installed on the both sides respectively. All of the filter plates can be moved horizontally along the beam. The front- end of piston rod 10 is hinged with the mobile movable heavy end piece 7. In the hydraulic thrust, the piston pushes the movable heavy end piece. Thus all of the filter plates and filter cloth are pressed in the rack. When the hydraulic pressure reached the pressure that the machine need, you can revolve the locking nut 9 to lock to maintain pressure. Then shut the motor. Thus you can feed the slurry to filter.
The filter press can be divided with external stream and internal stream. And both have types of washable and non-washable. If dry filter cake wanted, the compressed air can be introduced to discharge the remainder water.
