- Adopting diaphragm-limit valve-compensation valve--automatic oil replenishment and built-in safety protection technology with interlocking safety valve. The limit valve has an accuracy of ±0.002mm, a surface hardness of 60-70HRC, a roughness of 0.4μm, and can be reused 80 million times in the temperature range of -80°C to 160°C.
