With the help of fine filtration, particles smaller than 5 μm (5/1000 mm) are removed from the hydraulic oil.

Why should you use ultra-fine filters, especially with TOP FLUID hydraulic oil ultra-fine filters?
  • Wear parts in hydraulic systems are largely damaged by insoluble impurities.
  • The standard filter only removes particles between 10 and 20 μm.
  • However, it is precisely the particles smaller than 10 μm that have a negative effect on the oil quality.
  • In addition, these particles promote physical and chemical changes in the oil.
  • The TOP Fluid® hydraulic oil filter is a radial filter with a filter fineness of 1 μm (= 1 / 1,000 mm).
  • Due to high system pressures and high flow velocities, oil-insoluble particles become “sandpaper” and lead to material removal on valve seats and seals.
How the radial filter works:

The oil is pressed from the outside to the inside through the filter element and finely filtered. The oil is then returned to the hydraulic tank without pressure.

The areas of application of the hydraulic oil fine filter TOP FLUID:
  • Oil cleaning in advance: p max
  • Oil cleaning in the return: p max
  • Filter device with pump: 220 V; 380 V
  • As a mobile unit: with 24 V; 220 V; 380 V
