The BANCO PROVA A SCOPPIO BCS400020ES by OP S.r.l. is a specialized testing equipment designed for exploding test applications. This product caters to the needs of professionals requiring precision and consistent reliability in testing scenarios involving explosive elements or hazardous conditions. The BCS400020ES test bench performs tests on hydraulic components such as flexible or rigid pipes, fittings, quick couplings, valves, etc. By using a specific hydraulic circuit, the machine is able to generate a test cycle consisting of maintenance and controlled pressure ramps.
The machine, with the various options, is able to carry out:
- burst tests
- pressure maintenance (ISO1402 reference standard)
- proof tests
- droplet interception using a fiber optic sensor
- Low pressure test: from approximately 20 bar up to 300 bar
- high pressure test: from approximately 80 bar up to 4000 bar
- Possibility of performing pressurization ramps in 30 to 60 sec.
