HOGER - Hydrogen Peroxide Gas Decontamination Chambers
HOGER specializes in the design and manufacture of high-efficiency decontamination chambers utilizing hydrogen peroxide gas to ensure safe decontamination processes. These chambers are specifically designed to separate areas with different microbiological purity levels, achieving effective neutralization of microorganisms including viruses, bacteria, and fungi. The chambers' biocidal efficacy is notable, with a logarithmic reduction degree of approximately log6. This efficiency is guaranteed by integrating a high-performance hydrogen peroxide gas generator accompanied by sensors for H2O2 levels, relative humidity, and temperature, allowing full control over the process. Beyond decontamination chambers, HOGER also manufactures gloveboxes designed to protect operators from harmful compounds, while isolating sensitive materials and safeguarding the work environment against contaminants.
HOGER decontamination chambers are designed for safe decontamination processes using hydrogen peroxide gas and for separating zones with different microbiological purity regimes.
The result of the decontamination process is the permanent neutralization of microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria and fungi, which may be present on materials and equipment introduced into the zone with controlled microbiological purity. High biocidal efficiency of decontamination processes conducted in HOGER chambers, expressed as a logarithmic reduction degree of the order of log6, is ensured by the integration of a high-performance hydrogen peroxide gas generator with a H2O2, RH% and temperature sensor guaranteeing full process control.
