HydroLynx - Model 5050P -Tipping Bucket Sensor
The Model 5050P Tipping Bucket Rain Sensor is used in the Model 5054TS Rain Gauge Top Section. The sensor is made of hard anodized aluminum. Self-lubricating nylon bearings provide long term operation. The tipping bucket comes with a bullseye level for simple initial installation. A magnetically operated sealed reed switch provides a reliable SPDT digital signal for transmission by the ALERT Transmitter. HydroLynx tipping buckets are warranted for life to the original purchaser.

- Accuracy:
- ± 3% for 0 to 50 mm/hr. (0-2 in./hr.)
- ± 2% for 50 to 150 mm/hr. (2-6 in./hr.)
- ± 5% for 150 to 300 mm/hr. (6-12 in./hr.)
- Note: % error shown for calibration point of 128 mm/hr.
- Output: SPDT pulse (Form "C").
- Can be adjusted to momentary SPST NO pulse output.
