Hydrotech - Intense Phosphorus Removal Plant

In phosphorus processes removal we use phosphorus precipitation to magnesium ammonium phosphate (MgNH4PO4.6H2O). In the main process of phosphorus removal, partial nitrogen and organic pollution is also reduced. The produced precipitate (STRUVIT) can be used as a valuable fertilizer. Our process is particularly useful in cases of high concentrations of phosphorus where classical processes are costly or ineffective.
