These manual case washers are made entirely of stainless steel and are available in two versions: a standard basic version and an advanced plus version complete with pump. If required, case washers can be also equipped with other accessories that allow the washing of trays etc. The case washer can be used in many fields of food processing such as delicatessens, dairies, fruit and vegetables distribution and other environments where it is necessary. The basic version can be placed side by side with a hot water pressure washer, or alternatively it can be have an accessory composed of a motor unit/pump which transforms it into an independent washing point. The case sliding guides are adjustable in length and protruding in order to facilitate case positioning as well as its recovery after washing. It has a group for regulating the operating pressure of the nozzles for a better distribution of the jets of water at the top and bottom of the box. It has both internal and external rotating washing system at a high efficiency with the adjustment of the upper nozzles in order to be adapted to any kind of case. The advanced plus version, completed with pump, is designed for high performances with a flow rate of 1,210 lt / h at 150 bar.
