I-Tek - Conveyors Belts/Screw Elevators

Screw conveyors/elevators are made of stainless steel and optimized for each specific customer need. We create screw conveyors and elevators with a diameter of 300, 400 and 500 mm; but if requested we also build machines with different diameter augers. They can have a “U” or “V” section, motorizations optimized with endless screw, epycicloidal or orthogonal axes gearbox, according to the needs. The auger supports can be with plain bearings, oil free bushings or with external pads. They are appropriately equipped with anti-hardship covers for the sections not affected by product discharge. On request, it is possible to equip them with perforated sections for liquid draining and a collection tank below. They can end with flanged product discharges, equipped with manual or pneumatic doors. Fixed or removable loading hoppers. Support structures on adjustable feet or on wheels for handling. Unloading hoppers with rotating chutes or ad manual operation. In oenology, screw conveyors and elevators are commonly used for the evacuation and the transfer of grapes, exhausted pomaces and stalks.
