I-Tek - Peristaltic Pumps

Self-priming peristaltic pump can aspirate the product even from a lower level of the same pump. The peristaltic pump is made of stainless steel and is equipped with a wheel carriage to facilitate the handling. It has a big thickness pump structure and a support for double flange motorization. The rotor is made of stainless steel and can have two or three adjustable rollers.

An appropriate system to regulate the roller pressure on the product pumping tube allows to choose properly the maximum pressure for pumping and tube crushing. The pump has a thick rubber tube which is suitable for the contact with feed. It is equipped with tracks and (hose) clamps for its connection with the input/output fittings. The motorization is properly designed with the limitation of maximum rotor revolutions, thus ensuring a low consumption of the rubber tube and a delicate pumping to avoid the disintegration of the pumped product especially in case of peels or fermented pomace.

Rotor speed is regulated by an electronic variator (inverter). It has a pressure switch of safety on pump key turn in order to stop automatically in case of problems related to overpressures. It has N.2 buffer tanks in order to soften pressure impulses on the pipes linked to the pump. This pump is properly suitable for fluids, food fluids and fluids with suspended solids or semisolid products handling (musts, wines, whole grapes, destemmed and crushed grapes, fermented pomaces, fruit juices, divided fruit, honey, yogurt, paints, etc.). The pump version for semisolid products transfer and pumping is equipped with a motorized loading hopper and a suitable anti-hardship grill. The loading hopper is easily linked to the pump body through a fast DIN fitting and a plug for electrical connection.
