I-Tek - Single Screw Pumps

Single screw pumps are volumetric pumps and particularly suitable for dense and viscous fluid transfer. The particular constructive geometry and the specific design allow to guarantee the perfect transfer of whole crushed grapes, crushed destemmed grapes, must and fermented pomaces. They are made of stainless steel and can have a wheel carriage or a fixed base for installation and fixing under destemmers and cruschers. The motorization can be at fixed or variable revolutions through electronic speed regulator (inverter) or mechanical variator. As optional, various systems can be installed on the feed hopper such as bridge breakers, probes for level control and it is possible to install a temperature probe on the stator in order to preserve the functionality and durability. The stators can be supplied in natural or synthetic rubber that are suitable for the contact with food. A drain plug is put on the hopper in order to facilitate the washing.
