I-Tek - Stalk Belt Elevator
Conveyor belts for fossil flour and filtration waste. Belt elevators and conveyors for the evacuation of stalks from destemmers are made of stainless steel and are very important machines to transport stalks cleanly and without using screws or stalk aspirators.
Belt elevators for stalks can work with a maximum inclination of 55°. The belt, made of plastic and suitable for this function, is equipped with 80 mm paddles with 400 mm pitch to allow a safe and without return transport. The loading hoppers can also be defined depending on the specific customer needs.
In order to facilitate the handling and the functionality, the belt elevators for stalks are equipped, besides the suitable loading hopper, also with a support stand with wheels and/or adjustable feet for the registration. The support stand can have a fixed or an adjustable height. Depending on the models, the useful width of the carpet can be 300 or 400 mm. The maximum length is 6 meters. The motor control is ensured through a gearbox reducer and a motorization of 1.1 kW. A washing water discharge fitting is installed on the lower part of the machine. They are also equipped with a scraper for cleaning the inside of the belt. The electric control panel is made according to the current E.C. regulations.
