IBH Rehab - Model 6013 -All Water Tanks
All-water thanks is a pre-treatment device disgned to catch settleable matter which are present in household waste water from a house. The household waste water are refuse water (WC,…) and gray water (kitchen, bathroom, utility room). A totality purification sector is established by a all-waters thak and a appendix pre-treatment system (drained filte, spreading system..). The incorporated pre-filter is localized at the exit of the all-waters tank. Reliable and secured, it allows to protect against a prematured clogging of downstream pre-treatment system (drained filte, spreading system..) by holding the not settled particles. His maintenance and manipulation are simple. To avoid all risks of float discharge during the maintenance visits, the system close automatically the exit towards the downstream pre-treament device.
The 03/07/12 ministerial decree, plans the following minimal sizing :

Attention : the altimetric implantation of the tank must be calculated in order that the height of the phreatic table does not exceed the level of the superior generator of the tank. Realise a independant excavation for each tank and if it`s necessary, fold down the phreatic table until the end of the infilling. The walls of the excavation have to be situated at about 50 cm all around the tank. The bottom of the embankment must be located at least in 4 m around the tank. After the realisation of the lateral embankment in sand, make the complete filling of the tank. Realise just above the superior generator, a self-supporting iron concrete slab which take support on the stabilised and not moved ground all around the excavation in the following cases :
- in case of backfill of + 60 cm above the superior generator of the tank
- in case of ponctual extra loard due of the vehicles passing unless 4m of the edge of the excavation
- in case of utilisation of concrete extension shaft
- in case of extra loard due to extreme weather conditions.
NOTA :
If the tank can`t be installed near the house (superior distance to 10m), the household waste water must pass through a grease recovery situated unless 2 meters of the house.
