ICT - Model CSH Plus -Water Based Drilling Mud
CH Plus is a proprietary blend of additives selected to provide lost circulation control. It is composed of several cellulosic materials, including cotton seed hulls. It provides a wider particle size distribution, from fine to very coarse, enhancing the control of lost circulation much better than do cotton seed hulls or cedar fiber alone. It can be used for a wide application of losses.

Application
CH Plus is to be used for the control of loss circulation in fractures and high permeable zones. It can be utilized in drilling the vertical, build and the lateral section. Normally a grinder is installed in the directional tools and a screen at the Kelly. Many horizontal wells have been drilled in this manner without any problems.
Treatment
CH Plus should be utilized in concentrations of 16-18 ppb in the active system. Larger pills can also be utilized. After the curve is drilled concentration can be reduced to as low as 4-6 ppb. When adding CH Plus care should be taken to not add it too quickly to keep things from plugging.
Packaging
CH Plus is packaged in 38 lb multi-walled paper bags. Each pallet contains 50 bags and then shrink-wrapped.
