The KC0080 In-Rack CDU (Coolant Distribution Unit) and Rack Manifold system is designed to enhance cooling efficiency in high-performance computing environments. This system features a hot-swappable CDU pump that minimizes downtime by allowing maintenance without interrupting the system operation. With a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) that can reach 1.2, it promises efficient power utilization. The system incorporates a reliable magnetic pump supporting N+1 redundancy, which is vital for maintaining operation even if one component fails. The rack manifolds, suspended at the back of a cabinet, ensure effective liquid coolant circulation to each server's cold plate, supporting up to two cooling loops per 1U server. This setup is adaptable, with 8-80 channels available that can be tailored to cabinet specifications.
