Inadco - Potting Reference Unit for Relative Density and Moisture
The Inadco Potting Reference Unit is an advanced extension to the INADCO Densimeter and INADCO Moisturemeter I, designed for precise measurement and sampling in agricultural and industrial applications. This unit features a cone that lowers post-sampling, with a sensor in the hoisting beam monitoring the tension of the hoisting cord and a distance sensor measuring the cone's traveled distance. Once the tension is fully released, the unit initiates the Potting Reference measurement. Upon completion, the cone is lifted, allowing the shovel to clean its bottom. The cone then returns to its start position, the cylinder is emptied, and if the start-signal persists, sampling resumes. This automated process ensures high accuracy and efficiency, making it an essential tool for professionals requiring reliable potting measurements.
When all the tension in the hoisting cord is released the measuring of the Potting Reference will start and when the Potting Reference is determined the cone will be lifted back up to let the shovel clean the bottom of the cone.
To end the measuring sequence the cone will be lifted back to its start position. The cylinder will be emptied and if the start-signal is still present the sampling will be resumed.
