Luoyang Hongteng - Model GTR Series -Induction Heating Furnace for Continuous Casting
The Intermediate Frequency Induction Heating Furnace by Luoyang Hongteng is engineered for high-efficiency workpiece heating in continuous casting and rolling production lines. The furnace supports a heating range of 200 to 1,400 degrees, making it suitable for applications such as pre-forging heating of gears, ring gears, bearings, shackles, and rigging. Additionally, it provides online heating functionalities for pipe anti-corrosion coating, long steel rod heating, and the online quenching and tempering of steel tubes. It is also adept at local heating tasks like U-bolt bending and thermal assembly of drums or steel pipe elbows. The furnace lineup includes various models designed for melting purposes, catering to materials like steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, as well as specialized medium frequency furnaces for gold melting and aluminum/copper ingot continuous casting.
The billet induction heating furnace is mainly used for workpiece heating in the continuous casting and rolling production line. The heating temperature is between 200-1,400 degrees.
