SANYING - Model multiscaleVoxel-1000 -Industrial CT System
The multiscaleVoxel-1000 is an industrial CT system designed to inspect medium to large-sized components with medium to high density. It is equipped with high-voltage X-ray sources ensuring excellent penetration capabilities tailored for high-density metals. These systems feature flat panel and linear array detectors to cater to various testing requirements. The inclusion of spiral and offset scanning modes facilitates the expansion of the imaging area, making it well-suited for complex inspection tasks. The system boasts a simple scanning process that supports rapid image reconstruction, alongside programmable scanning processes that enhance batch sample consistency and convenience. A dedicated image-enhancing algorithm ensures superior image clarity and quality. With a focus on technical specifications, the system offers a maximum resolution detectability of 30μm, operates with voltages of up to 600KV, and accommodates the scanning of samples as large as 800mm in diameter and 1100mm in height, supporting weights up to 100kg. Customizable hardware and software configurations are available to meet specific customer requirements.
