The principle of electrostatic purification technology means that captures the particles of fume to make them charged the by electron emitted by the cathode in high voltage electric field, and the anions generated by that electrons clash with the air particles each other, andthe charged particles were absorbed by anode plate because of use of electric field.
Since the diameter of the electron is smaller many times than that of the particle in the fume, and the density of electron is very high(100 million pieces /cm3). The particle is charged easily, which will be adsorbed by the cathode. So the effect is quite obvious to use the electrostatic to purify the fume.
Since the power of ESP is applied mainly to electron emission and dust particle driving, and be no effect on the air .therefore the energy consumption will be less as well as the resistance, and it is no need to use the high frequency air blower, so the total power consumption will be less than other ways of fume purification.
