Maurer Gép's range of industrial gas pasteurizers is designed for efficient and reliable juice processing. These pasteurizers are available in three different capacities: 400 L/h, 700 L/h, and 1200 L/h, making them versatile for various production demands. Each unit is constructed from WNr. 1.4301, AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and compliance with hygiene standards. The pasteurizers feature a flow-through design with an automatic heat control system, maintaining the desired juice temperature by utilizing a by-pass mechanism when necessary. The equipment is IP65-rated, indicating robust protection against dust and water. For easy maintenance, the system comes equipped with sponge cleaning balls. The pasteurizers are fueled by propane, PB, or natural gas, and specifications include power requirements, dimensions, weight, and connection details. Optional features like semi-automatic Bag-in-Box fillers or 6-head bottle fillers increase the operational flexibility of these machines.
Automatic heat control, very easy to clean. Automatic operation – flowthrough type. Mounted on 4ea. anti-vibration feet. Requires minimal maintenance. Temperature check is done at 2 points in the heating medium and once at the outlet of the product. The machine automatically controls the heating medium temperature. It is fully automatic. If the temperature of the juice falls below the desired temperature, the output port of the machine stops the filling and the juice circulates via the by-pass system until reaches the set temperature. When the set temperature is reached machine continues the juice circulation toward to filling system again. The juice spiral can be cleaned very simply by using a sponge ball. It requires minimal maintenance.
