iTegno - Model 3932 -Industrial M2M Modem for Telemetry and Data Control

Designed for industrial usage, iTegno 3932 M2M modem enables remote wireless connectivity with RS-232 interfaces using DB9 port, and option of external or internal antenna, and protocols such as TCP/IP and UDP/IP in a compact form factor. Built to withstand harsh and demanding environmental conditions, iTegno 3932 M2M modem meets specification IEC60068 for environmental testing and EN60529 for IP code protection, and has extended temperature of -40°C to +85°C. The versatile modem offers expandable options of embedding other RF technology like ZigBee in the same compact form factor. Rich M2M applications include enabling smart metering using always-on GPRS connections to transmit meter reads or integrating with in-vehicle Navigation Unit to provide users with the capabilities for tracking their fleet of vehicles, through map views, reporting, and notifications, etc.
