The TCM-1000 is an industrial tube cleaning machine designed for the efficient removal of deposits in equipment such as chillers, condensers, heat exchangers, and boilers. This robust machine features a durable powder-coated steel cabinet and is powered by a 1hp reversible motor. It is equipped with a heavy-duty water solenoid and pneumatic foot pedals for enhanced operational control. Notably, the TCM-1000 boasts high brush RPMs, enabling powerful scrubbing action within internal tubes and ensuring thorough removal of debris. The frame is designed for mobility, with 10-inch pneumatic tires and a removable base for confined space access. Additionally, the machine is equipped with dual auxiliary outlets and a 24-foot GFI power cord. Users benefit from features like forward/reverse controls and a self-centering steel flange bearing, which provide smoother operation. How It Works:
Simply connect the flexible shaft to the machine, attach the cleaning brush, connect water hose to machine and plug the power cord in. Press the foot pedal to turn the machine on (brush will spin) and feed the flexible shaft in the tube sheet.
