Depureco - Model XM35 JC -Industrial Vacuum Cleaner
The XM35 Jet Clean® represents an industrial vacuum of remarkable power and safety, featuring easy portability due to the trolley equipped with swivel castor wheels. Suction is efficiently generated by two robust By-Pass motors housed within a noise-reducing metal cover. Its professional-grade suction capabilities far surpass those of other vacuum cleaners in its category currently available on the market. Inside this vacuum cleaner, there is a BIA-certified (Berufsgenossenschaftliches Institut für Arbeitssicherheit) M Class filter cartridge, offering a filtration efficiency of 1µ. Additionally, with its expansive 5425.01 in2 filtering surface, it can handle significant quantities of dust without clogging the filter, ensuring the operator’s safety.
Depureco’s single-phase industrial vacuum is equipped with the innovative JetClean® filter cleaning system. This system enables the filter to be cleaned by utilizing the pressure difference between the interior and exterior of the vacuum, all without the need to turn off the suction motors or disconnect the suction pipe. To facilitate ease and safety, this vacuum cleaner is equipped with a detachable 12 gal capacity container at the bottom, allowing the collected material to be disposed of effortlessly.
SUCTION UNIT
The suction is produced by two independent By-Pass motors, each equipped with its own switch, providing the operator with control over the intake performance. These motors are housed within a robust casing, designed to ensure durability, and are further insulated with a sponge material to effectively reduce noise levels.
FILTERING ELEMENT
The durability of the polyester filtering cartridge ensures reliable filtration. It is designed to provide a large filter surface area of 6,200 cm2 within a compact size. This enables the passage of air even when the filter becomes dirty. The filter holds an M Class (BIA | EN 60335-2-69) certification, effectively trapping particles up to 1 micron in size, thereby protecting both the motors and the operator.
Jet Clean® FILTER CLEANING SYSTEM
Depureco has incorporated a cutting-edge filter cleaning system called JetClean® into the vacuum cleaner. This innovative system takes advantage of the pressure differential between the vacuum cleaner's interior and exterior to generate a powerful air jet. As the air jet passes through the cartridge, it effectively dislodges dust particles from the surface of the filter. This process ensures a rapid and efficient cleaning of the filter while the vacuuming operations continue uninterrupted.
COLLECTION BIN
The gathered material is kept in a container with a painted finish, which includes a practical metal handle for easy detachment from the machine. The container is equipped with four swiveling wheels, enabling effortless maneuverability and convenient emptying.
