IWE - Model HWS R Series -Industrial Water Evaporators

In the range of thermally powered evaporation systems, the HWS R series is designed to meet the need for very high density concentrates and for the evaporation of extremely fouling products for heat exchangers. By means of an automatic motorized scraper, which continuously keeps the heat exchange surfaces clean, higher concentrations are obtained than with other evaporative systems. The final concentrate will eventually be discharged by means of a diaphragm or progressive cavity type pump, or by placing the system above a raising frame, so that discharge through the bottom discharge valve can be made directly into a crystal separation system.
