The KBM Injektorking LS offers a very solid design with barrel, piston sleeve, piston shaft and feed pipe made of stainless steel. It is designed for use with pressure filling systems, allowing optimal filling, also of thin-walled sections. Low weight ensures that no parts are damaged due to the weight of the injector when it is mounted in the mould.
The Injektorking LS has a built-in "blow back on time" after closed function* to ensure a smooth production without unnecessary stops.
The Injektorking LS is precalibrated for 120 l/min (4.25 CuFt/min) air consumption by 6 bar (87 PSI) pressure. This is equal to 317 nominal l/min (11.2 CuFt/min).
Extremely little maintenance
The KBM Injektorking LS offers a simple construction with less to none maintenance required. All parts are to be dismounted by hand without the use of any tools.
A change of teflon U-seal takes only 1 minute (the only seal, which is influenced by the steam) and can be done without the use of tools. To change the only 3 wearparts (2 seals + 1 bushing) takes 5 minutes.

* The "Blow back on time" function: makes sure to empty the internal Injector space after closure of the tip. This function ensures that no material melts or gets stuck inside the Injector barrel in case any steam should slip into the Injector.
