Vbolt - Model VBT-DB/DD-5 -Integrated Diesel & Base Oil Distillation Machine
The Vbolt used oil distillation machine recycles used/waste oil into light and heavy diesel and base oil. It uses a high-speed centrifuge to separate water, and then absorbs light components such as gasoline and kerosene through a thin-film evaporator. The treated waste oil undergoes an advanced membrane distillation system to improve its gasification. The oil and gas complete a catalytic reaction in the distillation tower to produce diesel and base oil. We provide 50/H-2500L/H (1 !on-50 ton Per Day).
It is suitable for all kinds of waste oil (such as waste engine oil, waste industrial oil, heavy fuel oil, oil sludge etc.), pyrolysis oil (such as tire pyrolysis Oil, plastic pyrolysis oil etc.). The sulfur content of 1400PPM of waste engine oil can be 100-150ppm by distillation with desulfurizer and the catalyst we usually use. The original cetane number is 45, and 51~55 can be obtained after distillation. Plastic pyrolysis oil can be distilled with desulfurizer and the catalyst we usually use to get 300-500ppm. The original cetane number Is 45,51-55 can be obtained after distillation. Flash point: 55-60.
