AirBELD is an integrated low-cost monitoring system capable of determining Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) as well as detecting high hazardous incidents for spreading infectious airborne diseases, such as SARS-CoV-2 in the breathing air. AirBELD can be a key component in common grounds where human activity, in combination with other exterior parameters, affect indoor air quality and favour disease spreading conditions by properly and strategically managing human resources. This IAQ monitor consists of state-of-the-art sensors and a highly novel system that has been developed by EMBIO Diagnostics Ltd.

Temperature
Optimal temperature conditions in summer range between 23-26°C, while in winter optimal temperature conditions range between 20-24°C. Anything over these levels can cause mental fatigue and impact employee performance.

Humidity
Humidity can cause mold growth on any substance, which can trigger asthma and respiratory symptoms.

CO2

Particulate matter (or particle pollution) include dust, dirt, soot, or smoke but also smaller, invisible particles that are invisible to the naked eye. The smaller these particles are, the greater risk they pose to health, as they can cause serious health problems when inhaled. These particulates are freely transported by air currents and can cause infection by bacteria released by just a cough or sneeze.
