Integro MulTech - Synthetic & Oil Base Drilling Fluid Enhancer
MulTech Synthetic & Oil Base Drilling Fluid Enhancer is an ester-based additive specifically designed to enhance the performance of oil-based drilling fluids. This product works by optimizing the rheological properties of the fluids, thereby maximizing hydraulic energy delivery to the drill bit. This optimization leads to significant improvements in the rate of penetration (ROP) during drilling operations. The formulation is versatile, allowing for an incorporation range from 0.5% to as much as 5% depending on the specific requirements, such as daily build volume needs. The enhancer maintains functionality under challenging conditions, with temperature stability up to 16 hours at 375 degrees. It presents as a sweet-scented brown viscous liquid with a specific gravity between 1.02 and 1.04 and a pH level in the range of 3.5 to 4.5. This product aims at providing enhanced efficiency for drilling operations, especially in high temperature-high pressure environments.
MulTech Synthetic & Oil Base Drilling Fluid Enhancer is an ester-based additive specifically formulated to increase performance and condition oil base drilling fluids. Its unique blend increases the ROP of oil-based drilling fluids by optimizing rheologies to maximize hydraulic energy to the bit while providing benefits to ES and HTHP. Recommended uses include adding 0.5-3% to the system or maintenance of mud by adding up to 5% of the daily build volume.
