Dosing Solutions - Model Select-640 SSD -Intelligent Peristaltic Pump Doser
The Select-640 Doser is an advanced, computer-controlled peristaltic pump designed for precise and flexible liquid dosing applications. Suitable for integrating disinfectants, vaccines, medications, or vitamins into water flows, it features both proportional and single-shot dosing capabilities. The AutoDoser function allows for continuous dosing based on a programmed rate, while the Single Shot Doser model (Select-640 SSD) dispenses specific liquid quantities as needed. Engineered to address common dosing issues, the Select-640 eliminates air locks by allowing air movement alongside liquids and offers a wide range of dosing ratios, from 1:20 to 1:1,000,000. It includes flow sensors that are attuned to low water flows, reducing potential dosing inaccuracies and eliminating the need for pre-mixed stock solutions, thereby avoiding user exposure to harsh chemicals. Its peristaltic pump design contains corrosive liquids within the pump tube, ensuring longevity and minimal maintenance. The doser operates without the need for water pressure, leveraging a delicate turbine within its flow sensors to collect dosing signals.
This heavy-duty intelligent doser is basically a computer controlled peristaltic pump. Depending on how it is programmed it can be a proportional doser adding products such as disinfectants, vaccines, medications or vitamins to water flows. It can also be a single shot doser dispensing specific quantities of liquids as required.
If you need a product to be dosed at a rate of x ml/hr, the Select-640 can be programmed as an AutoDoser.
However, if you want to pump a specific amount (1 litre, 120ml etc.) you need the Select-640 SSD (Single Shot Doser).
