IntelSight - Industrial Vision Controller
A rugged industrial design that combines artificial intelligence and machine vision, running on high-performance edge computing devices, for real-time production monitoring. Designed to be flexible, modular, and cost-effective, it is equipped with cloud access, AI process control, data analytics, quality control, random object classification, and process automation capabilities such as connectivity with PLCs.
AI Vision System
IntelSight utilizes an AI vision system for both retraining and fast detection of visual, chemical, and physical properties of materials. Our system combines multiple sensing technologies, including RGB, IR, X-ray, and laser spectral imaging to perform line and surface scans, depending on the application.
AI Engine
Our AI engine leverages open-source technologies and recent AI breakthroughs combined with proprietary object-handling algorithms to solve problems in the manufacturing and reverse logistics industries. By harnessing the power of object detection, instance segmentation, and recurrent neural networks, we train our system to fit our customers' needs. Our solution is not a “one-size fits all” approach.
Labeling and Training Tool
A proprietary automated labeling and training tool enables us to quickly gather and label training data for your specific application. As the system performs, the tool automatically generates data for reviewing and retraining the network. This feature of the IntelSight platform will greatly reduce the time and effort required for maintaining the high accuracy and throughput of the system.
Accelerated Neural Network
The IntelSight platform leverages GPU-accelerated neural networks to optimize image processing throughput. The image processing pipeline is matched with our customers' applications to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
