The progressive cavity pump, particularly the FLB model from ipp Pump Products GmbH, is designed as a horizontal immersion pump for fluid bags. Made with materials like 1.4404, 1.4571, and 1.4435, the pump structure includes seamless joints and premium welding seams, with surface finishes achieving Ra values of 0.4µm or better. The design includes a scraping system for hygienic connection and disconnection procedures. Its capacity reaches up to 1800 liters per hour with a differential pressure of 8 bars, and it can be completely disassembled for autoclave treatment. The ability to adapt to high-viscosity media makes it particularly beneficial for the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries, adhering to GMP standards and hygienic requirements.
