Ischi - Model DISI-2M -Semi-automatic Disintegration Tester
The DISI-2M is a semi-automatic disintegration tester that features an LCD display and individual timers. It offers ease of use combined with a robust design. The tester meets all EP/USP requirements, making it a reliable choice for pharmaceutical testing. One significant feature is its configurable testing baskets, which can be easily disassembled for cleaning and are made largely of transparent material to aid visual inspections. The baskets are quickly attachable and removable due to the magnetic coupling, and a quick-lock system ensures that the disks do not get lost, enhancing operational efficiency. Functionality
A few quick steps is all it takes to dismantle the testing baskets ready for cleaning. The basket assembly is extremely robust. It can be easily disassembled and even be fully submerged into a cleaning bath.
As each station is powered separately, you can test up to four different products at the same time. The softstart function ensures that the testing basket is immersed in a controlled manner.

Clear view
The test baskets are almost completely made from transparent material. This simplifies the visual inspection substantially.
