Ischi - Model DISI-3M -Semi-automatic Disintegration Tester for Tablets
The DISI-3M is a semi-automatic disintegration tester equipped with an LCD display and individual timers, designed for testing tablets' disintegration process. It emphasizes user-friendliness and incorporates a robust, easily disassembled testing basket assembly that can be fully submerged for cleaning. The device enables testing up to four different products simultaneously, thanks to separate power stations for each. The soft start function ensures controlled immersion of testing baskets. A magnetic coupling allows quick attachment and removal of baskets, which are almost entirely transparent for simplified visual inspection. The quick lock system on top of the baskets prevents disk loss. The DISI-3M meets all EP/USP requirements and serves as a cost-effective manual alternative to the automatic DISI-A model.

Functionality
A few quick steps is all it takes to dismantle the testing baskets ready for cleaning. The basket assembly is extremely robust. It can be easily disassembled and even be fully submerged into a cleaning bath.
As each station is powered separately, you can test up to four different products at the same time. The softstart function ensures that the testing basket is immersed in a controlled manner.

The test baskets are almost completely made from transparent material. This simplifies the visual inspection substantially.
