Our ISFET pH sensor is break-resistant and utilizes Memosens digital technology. The glass-free sensor is ideal for pharma, biopharma, cosmetics, food & beverage applications with CIP/SIP cycles. Additionally, the integrated NTC 30K temperature element accurately compensates for the process temperature. The acrylamide-free reference gel does not require refilling, so the sensor is a low-maintenance pH sensor for hygienic and sterile applications. Additionally, this ISFET pH sensor is suitable to use with any Memosens transmitter.

Memosens sensors provide several benefits regarding ease of use and reduction of operating costs:

  • Submersible inductive connection removes measurement influence from moisture and humidity that are commonly present in CIP/SIP and autoclavable applications.
  • Galvanically isolated so there is no measurement influence from electrical noise or ground loops. This is especially beneficial in open basins when using plastic holders.
  • Technicians can perform calibrations and diagnostics in the shop or lab. As a result, this reduces field maintenance time and process downtime.
  • Techs can also calibrate their ISFET pH Sensors using MemoSuite Advanced software. By doing so, secure GMP and FDA CFR 21 Part 11 compliant database documentation can be generated.
