The bipod shaft for three-wheelers is an essential component in the vehicle`s suspension system, providing stability and support. Its dual-pod design ensures balanced weight distribution and smooth movement, enhancing the ride quality and handling of the vehicle. The above includes all the components which are used in propellor shaft assembly. To reduce the friction and ease the fitment of drive assembly in vehicle, the 3W EV manufacturers started shifting to propellor shaft type drive assembly from other types of drive assembly. The linear contact of roller in propellor shaft enables smoother power transmission compared to block slider having surface contact. This also enables the product to be more durable. To secure the grease inside the assembly, we have used grease covers which also enhances the bellow life.
- Cylindrical rollers improve friction significantly by only rolling instead of sliding movement with slider block design inside flange cup
- Pin & rollers are made of prime quality of bearing steel material SAE 52100
