Isotherm - Refrigeration Facility Packaged Systems

Their packaged systems incorporate an ASME recirculator pressure vessel and two mechanical liquid pumps, all within pre-assembled steel skids. The systems include appropriately sized nozzle connections and package piping, adhering to industry standards. The interior of recirculator vessels and components is abrasively cleaned to ensure optimal paint adhesion and a contamination-free environment. Furthermore, the package piping is pressure tested for weld integrity and is vacuum dehydrated with a 15 psi nitrogen charge to minimize corrosion risks. When used with ammonia, packages come equipped with an oil pot to separate oil from the system. Each unit includes dual liquid pumps—one operational and one standby, complete with isolation valves and hydrostatic safety relief—to ensure maintenance can proceed without disruption.
