I.S.T has developed a high heat-resistant polyimide composite material with excellent thermal conductivity. This composite material, which is lighter than metals, has various types of properties, such as a high glass-transition temperature derived from polyimide resin, and an extremely low CTE and high thermal conductivity derived from carbon fabric. By changing fibers, this material can be customized to the most appropriate properties based on the applications.
