Italimpianti - Centrifuges Unit
These units are used to rinse and dry chains, metal findings, silver slime and/or silver crystals and are built out of polished stainless steel with a statically and dynamically balanced extractable basket.
Stainless steel funnels can be fitted on top of the covers for washing operations. The basket support is connected directly to the motor shaft. The electric motor is supported by an independent suspension with automatic control and is isolated from humidity.
The start/stop motions of the basket are controlled by an inverter and are therefore very gentle, not damaging the pieces inside. Some models are fitted with electromagnetic brakes that operate directly on the motor.
The machines are also fitted with potentiometers to regulate the speed of the motor from 0 to 1,400 rpm as well as an operation timer.
All units are provided with double safety devices that always stop block the opening the covers until the motor has stopped.
