ITC - Model AWSK 630 and 1000 -Hammermill

The AWILA hammermill is used primarily for grinding wheat, barley, rye, triticale, maize and bulk materials of comparable hardness and produces low levels of fine dust. The bulk material drops into the milling chamber through the inlet or delivery device, passing a permanent magnet which removes pieces of metal that could damage the mill. The material to be ground is “hammered” through perforated sieves by rotating hammermill beaters. The size of the ground material is determined by the size of the perforations or mesh of the sieves, up to a maximum fineness. The mill is manufactured from high-quality materials, making it highly wear-resistant and easy to maintain. Its milling chamber is easily accessible and can be cleaned without difficulty.
