ITC - Push and Pull Floor

AWILA push floor and pull floor technology allows simple and safe mechanical discharge from large bunkers. For delivery of solid, non-flowing substrates such as renewable raw materials, manure, waste products or similar biomass to the mixer or digester. AWILA supplies concrete push floors (bunkers) up to 120 m³ with two hydraulic pushing units, robust steel push floors up to 80 m³ and concrete pull floors up to 120 m³ with a closed floor pit which is accessible at ground level, as well as scraper floors with a closed subfloor for uniform shearing of all fill layers, resulting in optimum mixing of the raw materials.
