Iteris - Model VantageRadius -Traffic Sensor
The VantageRadius traffic sensor is the industry`s leading 4D high-definition (HD) radar detection system with an integrated high-resolution video camera for traffic monitoring and detection verification. VantageRadius offers the choice of two sensor types:
- The VantageRadius sensor head provides stop bar detection up to 325 feet.
- The VantageRadius+ sensor head provides stop bar and advance detection up to 600 feet.
VantageRadius uses 4D/HD radar that tracks speed, angle, height and distance for ultimate precision and accurate measurements, enabling the intersection to operate at peak efficiency. The system is built on the Vantage Next® platform and continues the Iteris tradition of ease of installation and simple configuration.
Included with all VantageRadius sensors is a high-resolution digital camera that streams live video back to a central management location, providing agencies with the ability to monitor and take action on the operation of their intersection.
This video stream can also be used in place of other surveillance cameras to stream live video to your traffic management center video wall and mobile applications from Iteris.

All VantageRadius systems come equipped with a video camera for detection validation that also delivers live-streaming surveillance video.
