Cremators

ITK Envifront is a specialized supplier for flue gas treatment, FGT, systems for cremators and similar processes. Our cleaning plants where 99,96 % of the mercury is separated before the flue gases are released into the air have been delivered to several sites in Europe.

ITK Envifront has since 1996 delivered cleaning plants for a series of crematories. Borås, Karlskoga, Eskilstuna and Västerås in Sweden and Sarpsborg in Norway, all have a Dry Adsorption System, type PFMB-TAS.

We also supply upgrading for existing FGT for crematories. When the crematory of Skövde, Sweden, upgraded its furnace and filter they also upgraded filter plant with a sorbent dosing plant of type SSD from ITK Envifront. A special air cooled convector cooler type VKS cooling the flue gas is another of our products.

ITK Envifront has later also delivered the TAS system to the crematories in Gent in Belgium.

Our last development of the TAS system, the type PFMH-TFAC, has recently been delivered to the crematories in Helsingborg and Oskarshamn, Sweden and to the crematory in Vestfold, Norway.

Lately ITK Envifront has installed a FGT plant for the crematorium of Frederiksberg in Copenhagen Denmark. In march 2012 a new combustion control system was introduced to the market. The crematorium of Hovshaga Växjö has by this gained a lot lower oil consumption as well as slightly shorter average cremation time.

Domestic Heating plants

Flue Gas Cleaning System, based on bag filters like PFSC and PFMB, which reduces the amount of dust in the flue gasses with low energy consumption and long baglife times. as well as Flue Gas Condensation Systems, like Centrifugal Scrubber KACS, were both fluegas thermal heat is regained at the same time as emission is kept to a minimum.

Incineration of hazardous waste

Pulp and Hygienic Paper Industry

Bag filters in a special design, for paper machine processes like AirLaid. The bag filters PFMG-A-20 and PFMG-A-50 are capable of 24 hours service a day the year around collecting light fibrous dusts with low bulk dencity in big dust volumes, Typical flow capacities 100 000 to 400 000 m3/s.

Manufactoring Industry and Workshops

Industrial Vacuum Cleaning Systems, IVCS, for cleaning of work areas as well as transportation of overspill as well as removal of waste from the production process. Since three decades hundreds of IVCS has been installed world wide the ITK Luftteknik types KLM, FUH as well as FUHT are all know types of good repute still in use by the end users. At Borealis in Stenungsund, Sweden our central vacuum cleaning system KLMA, for cleaning and transport of material for the production line for polyethene, is used.

Bag Filters of ITK Luftteknik brands type FB, FC, FD, FK DFB, DFC, DFD, EFB, EFC, EFD are filter types installed on many plants all around the world. These bag filters are known to be very dependable. The experience from these filters are upgraded in our new designs PFMG and PFSC bag filters these filters are represented in a number of different mechanical operations.

Glass- and metallurgical industry

We aid the glass- and metallurgical industry with a series of different applications. We mainly deliver plants for separation of flue gasses from the melting process. We are happy to assist the industry with solving problems of various kinds.
