IWAT - Drum Screen

Our drum screens, both internally and externally charged, are specially developed for sophisticated industrial wastewater treatment and process water recycling.

These compact and robust screens guarantee flow rates of 15 to 130 m³/h.

Internally charged — plastic recycling
‍With internally charged drum sieves, the material to be separated is directed directly into the middle of the drum. The water flows through the drum from the inside to the outside, retaining and transporting the solids inside the drum. The conveying coils inside the drum, optimised by IWAT, are perfectly adapted to plastic recycling requirements.

Externally loaded — food industry
‍In externally charged drum sieves, the material is brought to the drum from outside. The water and material move from outside to inside through the drum. Thanks to the robust construction and effective water flow, these sieves can process large amounts of water and material loads, ideal for the food industry and slaughterhouses. Our models offer extended flushing options with hot water. The option of an emergency overflow helps prevent flooding and improves the safety and efficiency of the system.

Automatic cleaning
The high-pressure cleaning with pre-cleaned water keeps the screen surfaces free from deposits and blockages.

pH neutralization possible
Our drum sieves, optimized for the recycling and food industries, are also available with pH neutralization.
