Our fully automated polymer station for the treatment of powder and liquid polymers. The fully automatic double deck polymer processing plant by IWAT, made from high-quality PP containers, optimally prepares flocculant for advanced, two-stage CCF flotation.
This efficient system works according to the double-deck principle: While a batch is always available at the bottom, the plant starts a new polymer mixture at the top. The batch concentration can be adjusted continuously.
By using gravity instead of pumps, it minimizes energy consumption and increases process reliability.
With a constant hydration time of 5 to 60 minutes The plant continuously provides polymer solutions and maximizes operating efficiency by preparing new polymer mixtures in parallel.

Polymerstation – Functioning principle
