JONO - Model AI-3-30 -Artificial Intelligence(AI) Robotic Waste Sorter
This AI sorter integrates the four key technologies that are deep learning, big data training, robotic arm control, industrial cloud platform. It is capable of self-learning, decision making, best route calculating, and quick material identification. More importantly, it can achieve the data interaction with other equipment when applied in the waste treatment plant. In consequence, the difficulties such as disorderly input material, piled material, uncertain material, quality control can be well solved. The main applications are C&D waste, MSW, mineral separation, coal refuses, etc.
When discharged onto the belt conveyor of the Al sorter, the material first goes through a camera box.By this device,the image of the material is captured by the camera. Meantime, the Al system can distinguish the material types by its big data and image analysis ability. Knowing the speed of the belt, Al system also can calculate the location of the material afterwards as long as it`s on the belt conveyor. Then the robotic arm is able to choose the shortest route to pick up the material and drop off at the right discharging area.
