Jorsun - Model ZXN -Sludge Thickener
Center drive sludge thickener is applied for small and medium sized clarifier with central inlet,surrounding outlet and central sludge discharge.It is mainly used for sludge discharge of clarifiers especially for industrial wastewater and urban sewage treatment projects.
Characteristics and advantages:
- Working bridge with steel truss structure, simple, elegant and lightweight, also can be made of concrete platform.
- Simple installation & maintenance and low operating cost.
- High Energy-efficient drives with over torque protection device, or can be equipped with torsiometer as needed.
- Material options: carbon steel with coating(epoxy,FRP or rubber), stainless steel (SUS304 or SUS316L).
- Optional units: rake unit, skimming device, V type outlet weir. Construction and mechanism:
Components:
working bridge, small scraper board, steady flow tube, scraping truss, overflow device, center support, drive unit, skimming scraper and electric control panel.
Mechanism:
Scraping arm is rotated around the central axis of the clarifier by central drive units, a set of small scraper which installed in the scraping arm scraping the bottom sludge into the center sludge collection pit. Meanwhile, the scum on the surface enters into the scum thickening area by skimmer and weir, and discharged by scum rake unit.
