Product introduction of crate washer and dryer
The industrial crate washing system consists of five parts: pre-wash zone, main wash zone, tap water rinsing zone, U-shaped conveyor, and hot air dry zone, which can effectively remove dirt, oil, and other residues from the crates. In addition, it can dry approximately 99% of the water on the crate`s surface.
Our crate washer has a powerful washing efficiency. The maximum washing capacity is about 200 crates per hour. And the water after filtering will be returned to the water tank, thus reducing water consumption and effectively saving water and energy.
The crate washer machine is made of food-safe 304 stainless steel and has adjustable rails inside the washing tunnel to hold the crates in place. The washing tunnel of the logistics crate washing system is divided into the following three parts:
- The first stage washing chamber(hot water) is used as a pre-wash zone, which can soften the stains on the crate and effectively reduce its adhesion.
- The second stage washing chamber(hot water + detergent) as the main wash zone, high-pressure hot water can wash crates without dead ends.
- The third stage washing chamber(warm water + disinfectant) is the rinsing zone, which rinses off the detergent and then sanitizes the crate.
- Then crates enter the tap water zone, where fresh water rinses the detergent from the crate`s surface.
The drying tunnel of the crate washer machine depends on the drying effect you need to achieve:
If you need to remove most of the water from the crate`s surface, the washer only needs to add air blowers, achieving a drying effect of 70%-80%.
If you need a better drying effect, it needs to add air blowers and multiple groups of hot air dryers, achieving the drying effect of 99%.
